# All wedding receptions and evening rentals are based on a 5 hour event. The rate for extended periods of time is $125 per hour after 5 hours.
(Set-up time is not included in the 5 hour period.)

# Daytime Rentals-The room must be vacated at least 1 hour prior to close of our regular business hours (sunset) or it will be deemed an evening rental.

# A deposit of one-half of the total rental fee is required to reserve the banquet facility.

Deposits are non refundable unless a 30 day notice is given.

# There will be a $100 cleaning fee assessed if renter elects not to clean up the facility.

# All rentals, which will have alcoholic beverages, will be required to give a credit card number for a damage deposit.

# Final payment is required on the day of the event.

# All catering must be coordinated through Belk Park Golf Course. We will provide menus from available caterers upon request.
